Get rid of the Log Off button in Start

I used to have one of those little "tweak" programs, not Tweak UI, that
allowed me to remove the Log Off button from the start menu.
I recently did a Restore and don't remember the name of the program.
It was a free download and free to keep.

Can anyone tell me about a program that does that or how to remove the log
off manually.

I have Tweak UI, Tweak XP and Customizer XP but they don't have this option.
I remember the other one, I can't think of, was much more powerful in
general.

Thanks.

TweakUI for XP does have it; on its Explorer page uncheck 'Allow Logoff
from Start Menu'
