Tweak UI or Fresh UI?

D

Deon

Hi there,

Winx XP Orf SP2 with latest updates

I have just "discovered" that there are more than Tweak UI in the "Tweak"
business, and came across Fresh UI.

I don't want to play the one off against the other, but in your honest
opinion, which one is better?

Regards,

Deon

Depends what you are trying to accomplish and who you are..

System administrator doing custom installs - neither - make your own tweaks
using registry entries.
Home user with some idea what they are doing - FreshUI gives you more
options.
Home user without much idea what they are doing - start with TweakUI.

Tweak UI is truely free! You do not need to get an email address in order
to download it, unlike Fresh UI.

you have suggested - thanx for your help.

Having used both for awhile I finally got tired of Fresh UI sending me email
everyday telling me there is new version of this or that UI now
available. And there is no way to turn this off!!!

Funny, I don't get that and I have several Fresh Devices
programs running and registered.
