It it's a Forms check box just right click on it, hit ESC to close the menu
then delete it. If it's a Controls checkbox open the Control Toolbox
toolbar. Enter design mode by clicking the top left icon (looks like a
triangle and a pencil). Then, click on the check box and delete it. Exit
design mode by clicking the top left icon again. Close the toolbar.
