Get red placeholder in my emails

How can I change Outlook 2000 to show all my blocked images. This happened
after XP was installed. Please be specific in terms of the steps I may have
to take. I cannot find the default setting for Outlook 2000 which should
probably solve this problem. Thanks, Ilse
