get error code 1068 when I click on firewall

For some reason everytime I try to click on my firewall an error code box comes up. Error code 1068. Why is this happening? I want my firewall on.
 
One possible meaning of 1068 is "The dependency service or group failed to
start." If that's the case check your event logs to see what failed to
start or use the services snapin for MMC to back-trace the services your
firewall depends on.
