get automatic receipt on e-mail opening

How do I program OUtlook to have an automatic read receipt sent to me when I
send someon an e-mail
 
Tools | Options | EMail Options | Tracking Options. But note that you will
only get receipts fromthose people who use Outlook as their email client and
those receipts can become very annoying after a very short while.
 
OE can also request receipts and can be set to honor them, refuse them, or
prompt the recipient. I assume that the requests I used to get (before I
threw in the towel and had OE always refuse) were coming from Outlook as
well as OE.
