genuine MS utility does not work in x64

I was trying to download the genuine ms windows checker,
and when I try to install it states;

"This version of Windows Genuine Advantage validation
tool is no longer supported. Please download the newest
version and ensure that your system clock is accurate."

Where can I find the "latest" version of this utility?

just browse the www.microsoft.com/downloads
click on antispyware download or any such program which
like little small blue arrow with yellow circle inside ,
which clearly indicates that to download that app . You
have to validate your copy of windows...

follow the procedure the latest version is 1.3.254.0
