Genetic Host Process for win32 services

i having the following problem, can anywhon help me?

I have removed the blastvirus succesfully, i try to update
windows xp but it didn't work.
i have the following messages: 'Genetic host process for
win32 services has detected an error, your system wil be
closed.'
Can anybody help me please?
 
Are you certian the virus is properly removed? As this is a tell tale sign
of the virus

It is another side effect of the Blast infection, which has not been
fully removed. I suggest going to
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm
and getting the checking and fixing script from the left column of line
