Generic Hosting error

When using internet explorer i am given an error message about 5 - 10 minutes
after opening the browser. This message is:
Generic Host Process for Win32 services has encountered a problem and needs
to close. Sorry for inconvenience.
This error message then gives me the options to tell microsoft about this
problem with the options:
'Send error report' AND 'Don't send'
If i then choose 'Send error report' it works through the process of sending
the report, this then inhibits the use of the website currently open. If i
try to dissconnect and reconnect from the internet the connection tells me
the page cannot be displayed.
This happens everytime i use the internet
What do i do?

Have you scanned your system with latest virus definitioned antivirus?If
not,then do it right now.
