Generic Host Process for Win32 services

-- Every time I use the internet for more than 20 mins or
more a microsoft message comes up saying Generic Host
Process for Win32 Services has occurred a problem, then
my computer goes funny and it disconnects the internet
without disconnecting the internet connection and phone
line. Could someone please help me out. I really need to
do my research on the internet. Really appreciated
