Generic Host Process for Win32 Services

-- Every time I use the internet for just a little while a microsoft message comes up saying Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has occurred a problem, then
my computer goes funny and it disconnects the internet
without disconnecting the internet connection and phone
line. Could someone please, please help me out! I have been trying to get an answer from Microsoft for over two weeks regarding this and just get the run around. It is very frustrating.

I don't think that's windows, I think it's the software your ISP gave you.

If you can, re-install those.
