Generic Host Process for Win32 Services

Every time I use the internet for over 20 mins or more
this microsoft message comes up - Generic Host Process
for Win32 Services and it starts to make the computer go
funny and disconnects the internet without disconnecting
the internet connection. Could someone please help.
