geforce3 ti 200 and Asus P4P800 Deluxe

Is a geforce 3 ti 200 compatible with the Asus board (P4P800 deluxe)? I
can't see on the card whether it meets the voltage specs of the AGP slot on
the ASUS board (they give all kinds of warning about some cards).

I did install the card, and the fan on the video card keeps starting and
stopping (very noisy). Is this due to a voltage issue -- or is the fan
motor simply dying?

Note that the fan will run for a few minutes, then I will hear a sort of
whining sound and the fan comes to a pause -- then shortly thereafter starts
again. This has been going on for a few days.

Did not hear this on my old board with this video card. So is there a
problem with the fan on my video card, or is this card not compatible with
my mother board?

I'm running a Gainward GeForce3 PowerPack !!! Ti/450 TV 64MB (an overclocked
GF3ti200)
no problems, no issue w/ onboard fan speed.

I'm running a generic GF3 Ti200 on my system withour any issues. Don't
notice the fan turning on and off, but with all the stuff in and around my
case it could be?

The card should be fine - if the AGP signaling voltage wasn't compatible it
wouldn't work at all.

Most likely the fan is just wearing out..
