gcasServ.exe -No Disk

I just received a Dell 942 printer and upon
connectingthe USB port to my Optiplex GX110 I got the
"gcasServ.exe - No Disk"
error. It kept popping up every 5 - 10 seconds. I called
Dell and ended up getting a second printer since the
technical support person could not find the issue with my
setup. Today I received the second printer and after
installing it I got the same error but it's only when the
USB cable is connected. This support person found a
notation in her documentation that said it has a conflict
with Microsoft AntiSpyware software...which I am running.
As soon as I shut that down the error stopped.
I would like to continue to use the AntiSpyware program
if you have a fix for this.

Thank you

Once the software for the printer is fully installed, does this issue still
happen?
