gcasDtServHolder window appears on secondary screen

Tiuri

The "gcasDtServHolder" windows which controls the systray
icon appears on my secondary monitor during application
startup.
This window stays on screen when you select it with the
mouse, it presents buttons to configure the systray icon
to show as: hidden, show, show normal, updating or
scanning.

Small bug but one to get rid of?
