gateway was unable to validate the email address

Hello,

Receving this error when trying to send document through
Outlook using a RightFax extension.

"Your fax has not been sent. The gateway was unable to
validate the e-mail address of the message sender. The
message has been discarded."

Any information regarding this issue would be much
appreciated.

you may need to check the rightfax documentation, but it sounds like the
gateway authenticates by email address and it's not configured to allow your
address.
