I am using Windows Vista Home Premium and Outlook 2003. Why are most of my
emails looking like this? What setting do I need to change?

There seems to be some issue with Outlook 2003 on Vista that interferes with
header interpretation. You're not the only person to have encountered it.
Did it ever work or has it always been a problem?

It worked once upon a time. Is there any fix?

So what changed between that happy time and now? DId you install any
updates or other programs?

I don't recall if I installed Cloudmark which filters spam mail before or
after the problem. Other than that, I haven't really worked enough with the
laptop to have installed programs that I want to use yet.
