Message is cluttered with the following type codes, why?

<TABLE id=INCREDIMAINTABLE cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=2 width="100%"
border=0> <TBODY> <TR> <TD id=INCREDITEXTREGION style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt;
CURSOR: auto; FONT-FAMILY: Arial" width="100%"> <DIV> Gail</DIV> <DIV> </DIV>
<DIV id=IncrediOriginalMessage><I>-------Original Message-------</I></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV> <DIV id=receivestrings> <DIV dir=ltr style="FONT-SIZE:
11pt"><I><B>From:</B></I> <A href="mailto:[email protected]">Terry
Young</A></DIV> <DIV dir=ltr style="FONT-SIZE: 11pt"><I><B>Date:</B></I>
09/08/06 15:55:43</DIV> <DIV dir=ltr style="FONT-SIZE:
11pt"><I><B>To:</B></I> <A

How do I filter this stuff out so I can read the message?

No, only the emails I receive from this one particular contact.
I have Outlook 2003 set up for HTML format and use MS Word as my email
editing application.

Contact the sender and inform him/her that he/she is sending malformed
e-mails. It looks like he/she is using IncrediMail so I'm not at all
surprised. Does the message contain an Information Bar? It could be that it
got classified as a phising e-mail.

The sender (or the sender's email client) is composing the message in
HTML format, but sends the message as plain text. There is nothing you
can do about it; it's the sender's email client that must be fixed.
