I ran a Norton WinDoctor check this morning and I have 1 error that it can't fix. In the windows\system32\mapisrvr.exe file it cannot locate the gapi32.dll file and this is creating problems. I think. Our computer freezes whenever it goes into screen saver mode or when you try to move from one user to another. I am not sure if this file was deleted erroneously when cleaning internet/temp folder files or what, but that seems to be when we began having the problems. I reinstalled Windows XP but it did not seem to load that file. Now what?
