Games donot work on windows XP Proffesional .

Dear Microsoft,
Iam a user of windows XP Proffesional and have problem in
running games.Some games do not
run on my windows but they are running in windows 98
etc.Iset the compatibility mode for
The game 'Recoil' it started for a few moments but then a
black screen came. I clicked on
it but then the game did not ran.Lining ,lining came as
graphics.The program Bleem also
did not worked.The message came that this is not a valid
win32 appliction. Is there any
other download which will make these games run.Mail me at
my mail address.
