Games crashing in XP home edition

Hi there,
I am having big problems with games crashing,I have
installed an MSI FX5200-TD128 AGP graphics card, It seems
to work fine but the games continue to crash. Sometimes
the game closes and sometimes the whole computer restarts
or I end up with a blue error screen.The last error that
came up was prism3d.exe (I think??)This is a pain in the
butt!!! Can anyone help me out? Please.

Did you remove your previous video card from device manager before
installing the new one? If not, boot into safe mode and take a look in your
device manager. If the other video card is still listed, remove (uninstall)
it. You might be seeing the effects of a conflict between the drivers for
your new card and your old one.
