The game was downloaded and is called "Dora's Lost City Adventure". -- After
clicking "yes" to agreement in installshield wizard the message reads
"DSETUP.DLL could not be found. Therefore, DirectX can not be installed.

If you Windows XP OS is up to date, you should not need to install DirectX.
If this is an older program, you may need to use compatibility mode for the
install and use. What do the support people say where you obtained the
game? They'd be the first people to contact.
