Game Advisor

I'm trying to check my system to see if a game is compatible and everytime I
use game advisor it stops at 40 percent. I've already turned my pop up
blocker so that it would not interfere. Can anyone help with this?

The Sims 2. I want to make sure that it will run before I shell out the cash
for it.

I've checked it out for my daughters, too, and it has some pretty high
graphics requirements - and if not graphics, a CPU requirement which won't
run on their machine. 8-( Check out the system requirements on the Sims2
web site, and then compare that to what your system has. If you have
onboard graphics (not a real graphics card) you're going to need a pretty
potent CPU to compensate. This isn't an issue of whether or not the Sims2
will run on Windows XP, but whether your computer hardware will support the
game's requirements.

How come XP Game Advisor will not run on my system. I get an error saying
"Unfortunatlly we were unable to verify components of my system". I just
upgraded my video card and it still will not run.
