G-mail Emails

When I try to set it up on the G-mail site, It tells me to put in an address
to forward it to. What am I supposed to put in there or am I doing it wrong.

You don't need to forward Gmail, that's just one option.
If you use Windows Mail, configure Gmail for the POP option:
