Fw: Have 2 different problems!!!

When i go to restart or reboot my computer...i get a load error message that says: C:\Windows\System32\bridge.dll can't be loaded or find it's file or path!!! I have tried everything i can think of to fix the problem...but as u can see...i haven't...please help me!!! Now for the second problem...when i go to the internet...or my mail...or just to browse the internet and the web pages...i get advertisements ads or i get to the web page but i get booted off the page...or i have to try 3 to 4 times to actually get to the web page i want to go to...please help me with this problem also...i would appreciate any help or advice from anyone!!!
