Future Calendar appointments automatically cancel

I have 1 user that has this issue. They create a future meeting in outlook
2003 and after 30 mins to 1 hour the attendees recieve a 'meeting cancelled'
notification email, even though the organiser hasn't cancelled the meeting.
Any suggestion on what to investigate?

Actually found a post regarding BB being corrupt so I am presently removing
the users db from BES and getting the user to wipe their Handheld and
reconfigure. Hopefully this will solve the issue.
They recently upgraded to 4.5 firmware on their Handheld. Maybe this caused
a corruption.
To answer your other points
Delegates - no
Will let you know the outcome in case other users experience the same issue
