How do I repeat a set schedule? I am the secretary for 3 individuals and
need to have their appointment times set up in advance. Using "Recurrence"
disables a lot of functions, plus they are not true recurring appointments,
just appointment times. Is copy and paste the only option?

What functions do you find disabled when creating a recurrence?
There are 3rd party tools for "fancy" occurrences but they will cost. Other
than that you create multiple appointments. It can be of benefit to use
right-click drag and drop to copy Appointments to a another time slot or
day.
