Fuser Heater Error

Hello all,

I've been given a Kyocera FS-3400 laser printer, I switched it on and after
a long self test where it didn't seem to be doing much, it came up with
error message E4 which apparently is Fuser Heater Error.

I've been searching desporately to find a service manual for this printer so
I can locate the fuser heater and see if I can repair or replace it but I
cant find one anywhere. Does anyone know where I can find it on the net
(preferably free), I've looked on the Kyocera site and in my opinion it's a
load of crap. Hardly any online support at all apart from on their new
printers.

If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be much
appreciated.
