FunnY text File

I keep on getting a text file "D2DCmdLog_F" appearing in MY DOCUMENTS
every time I reboot.

Does anybody have any idea what it is?
The text file has nothing in it.

Have you searched the file?
use spyware as JV Power tool to delete it.
