functionality of label publisher with wizards

When I click the "print" command, the computer re-boots.
Manufacturer has no clue as the the cause of this problem.
CAn you help? FYI, my phone is 404-819-0838.
 
Try getting the latest printer drivers.
What wizards? What app?
Sorry, can't do phone support without a current maintenance contract. ;-)
