Fully unattended setup

Hi all!

I'm trying to create autounattend.xml for fully unattended setup Vista
Business. However, the post-installation steps (acocunt create, time-zone
select, computer name and computer location) are always visible and must be
manually done.

I cannot find the appropriate component configuration in Windows System
Image Manager.

Can anybody help?

Hi,

To create an account during setup (and to have it autologon) use the
x86_Microsoft-Windows-Shell-Setup_neutral:
-> Autologon
-> UserAccounts -> LocalAccounts -> LocalAccount (this is where you define
it, its Description, DisplayName, etc) -> Password.

This all go under auditSystem pass.

As for timezone, include the x86_Microsoft-Windows-Shell-Setup_neutral in
the oobeSystem pass, and there you can define the timezone (in my case it was
GMT Standard Time). The computername you define in with the Shell-Setup as
well, and it goes under the specialize pass.
