Windows Vista unattended installation / regional settings

Hello,

I'm trying to install Windows Vista with a unattended
installation for Swiss German. I'm creating the autounattend.xml with WAIK.

However, when I start the setup, it shows me the setup screen to enter the
language and keyboard layout. Therefore, something must be wrong with my
settings.
The second problem is, at the end of the installation I have two keyboards
installed, a "Swiss German" and a "Swiss French" but I need only a "Swiss
German".

Can somebody help me?
