Full Screen Tab Control

Hi,

I want to make to design a UI based on the tab control. The control
would need to be full screen with only the menu bar showing.

Does anyone have any ideas ???

Oh - it would be nice if it resized itself based on screen resolution.

resizing controls based on resolution:
