Full Screen/Not Full Screen

New user to Windows XP, recently the screen has gone from full screen to less
than full, Winter Mode? and do not know how to get the full screen back.

Did you change the display resolution or update something relating to your
graphics card? You may need to tweak the monitor's display scale (horizontal
and vertical size and position) using the monitor controls.
