Full Screen Cmd Window Hides Taskbar

Hi all,

Is there a way to have a full screen cmd window which does not hide the
taskbar? I'm moving some dos applications over which have been running in
Win98 to XP and the users are use to having a full screen but with the
taskbar at the bottom. In Win98 you can select "show taskbar" in the
properties of the cmd window when you select full screen. In XP I cannot
find that selection.

Really? Running DOS apps full screen (in the Alt-Enter sense) is a special
video mode that shouldn't be able to show the taskbar.

Maybe my memory is failing.
