Full control of a folder in XP

No Security tab shows up when right-clicking on a folder
in Windows Explorer, then clicking on Sharing and
Security. I need to give a user (ASPNET) full control of
a folder. How do I do it in XP?

Just what I needed! Thanks.

In Tools, Folder Options, View, uncheck Use Simple File
Sharing.

ASPNET should never need Full Control on anything.
Modify maybe on some things.
