FTPing with XP

Could someone tell me whether it is possible to FTP with
windows XP? I am managing a website. Does Windows have
the ability to upload files or do I have to get a
separate FTP client?

You could also go to the microsoft site and download the
IIS utility and manage it like you would from win2000
