How do you install FTP support under windows xp home?

START -> RUN PROGRAM -> FTP

Opens a DOS window with FTP (command line version).

If you need a FTP with an user interface, check google for a download a FTP
program

If you're asking about how you install FTP server for XP Home, you can't.
FTP and Web server features come with IIS. IIS is not available with XP
Home. You will need to use a 3rd party FTP server software like Serv-U FTP.
