FTP upload - zero byte files

We are using Windows 2003 Server on both ends, along with a Cisco PIX 515
router.

All customers have no issues ftping files to our server, but one person
always has issues.

They send their files, and it says it submitts successfully on their end,
and on ours. BUT the files always show as zero bytes in size, and are not
successfully transmitted.

We have a network admin saying that they are using basic ftp for
transmitting. What gets me is that all other users have NO issues at all. So
if it were the router, the others wouldnt work either... but they do.

Anyone have any ideas? Any other forums?

Thx, Chris H

You'd stand a far better chance of getting the answer you need if you would
ask your question in a Windows 2003 Server or internet-related newsgroup.
This one is for Q&A about Microsoft Access database software.
