I dont think IIS does FTP. (Could be wrong). SmartFTP is
a good free FTP client that also comes with a server.
Also Serv-U FTP is very popular.

Win XP Pro has IIS which supports ftp server. (Home does not have IIS)

OP:

Spend some time learning about security before you open the port to the
Internet.

The SysLog on the WAN port of my router records about 300 hits per 24 hr
period, and several are for the ftp port (TCP 21).
