FTP Server Problem.

I am still not having much luck with this so I will try again.

I have 3 Computers on a Home Network, and they are named Peter, Paul &
Mary.

I have set up, or tried to set up, an FTP Server on 'Peter'.

I can access the Server from all 3 by typing ftp://peter or
ftp://192.168.?.?.

I find however that I cannot access the Server from 'Peter' by typing
ftp://localhost or ftp://127.0.0.1 and no one from outside can access
the Server at all.

I think my Firewall and Router settings are correct, so certainly
would appreciate assistance/suggestions from anyone knowledgeable in
such matters.

Have you forwarded port 23 to Peter?
