FTP server for XP

Does XP have an FTP server service? If so, does anyone
know how to install it and where information is located
on how to use it?

Hi.
You have two major options.

Install IIS that comes as WinXP add-on, it is a very good combo Http and FTP
server.

Setting up an IIS FTP Server:

Or get a third party stand alone ftp server (there are many free one).

Freeware ftp servers:

after installing IIS.
