FTP Server does not show up

I have turned on WWW Server and FTP server. WWW Server showed up but FTP
Server did not under IIS Manager. What am I doing it wrong?

It would be nice if you let everyone know how you solved this so that it
could help someone else in the furure.
 
What happened was that I subsequently found the www server. The problem
was I did not look correctly into Service and Applications. The www
server interface is quite different from that with Windows XP. The FTP
server interface is very similar so that I did not have any problem
finding it.
