Setting up FTP Server on 5744

I would like to set up the FTP server, and the documentation indicates that
I do so through the IIS manager. However, I can't find any methods in IIS
to turn on the FTP server.

Anyone got any experience with this, or is it simply not in there yet?

Go to Control Panel / Programs and Features. Double click on Turn Windows
features on or off on the left hand panel. A box will popup and populate with
features. Click on the + for IIS and you will see a section for FTP
Publishing Service.
The other easier way is to use FileZilla FTP Server and it is free.
