FTP Problems

Ever since we had to do all those security updates back
in August and September, I have not been able to FTP. I
get either FTP: connect :unknown error code OR I get
Connection closed by remote host. I run Windows XP pro.
Can anyone help?

I gaev up on the Microsoft FTP-client and have installed
WS_FTP available on download.cnet.com for free...
No more problems now !

Get rid of the XP Firewall. Get a real one.

I would try and ftp through command line first. If that
does work, then it sounds like a browser problem. You
may have to update you internet exploiter or re-install
it.
