Running Frontpage, IE6, and XP Pro SP1

Can anyone shed light on this?

I have tried several ways to update pages using FTP, but it consistently
doesn't update the pages.

I have been able to do this in the past, and settings haven't changed...

Have tried changing settings to PASSIVE mode, but this hasn't helped.

The host for the site checked, and stated the pages were being xferred in
BINARY instead of ASCII, but as far as I can tell, the page settings are
definiately ASCII

For publishing w/ FP2003 using FTP (a server w/o the FP SE)
