I have a new CPU which came with XP Pro SP1. Since upgraing to SP2, I am
unable to connect to my website via ftp. I used to have a Windows 2000
machine and had no problem connecting to our site.
Any help is appreciasted.

The XP firewall is enabled. Allow ports 20 and 21 access, or
Click Start, Settings, Control Panel, Internet Options, "Advanced" tab.
Scroll down, and check, "Use Passive FTP...". Click "Apply", OK
