FTP DOESNT WORK ON IE6, WORKS on NETSCAPE

I have trouble running FTP, using Internet Explorer. I
dont have a problem when using netscape.

Here is the error from IE6:

"An Error Occurred oppening that folder on the FTP
server. Make sure you have permission to access that
folder"

Details:
200 Type Command OK A
500 PPORT 24, 118,66,29,19,137: Unknown Command
500 LPRT
6,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,67,0,0,0,0,133,96,2,11,229: Unkown
Command

Ive reinstalled IE, and reinabled FTP Viewing. As well as
turning off the firewall... still get the same results.

Any Help would be greatly appreicated..
