I have a Kiss dvd player with built in FTP server. I would like to know how
I can map this as a drive on windows xp, I currently use a ftp programme to
access it but would like to be able to access the player via a mapped drive.

TIA

What manual you fool this is a dvd player and there is nothing in the manual
about windows - so I guess from your inane comment you don't have a clue
what you are going on about

All I said was RTFM. I wasn't "going on about" a damn thing. Does the
device support it? No. How did you find this out? By reading the
freaking manual.

You'll have to look for a 3rd party solution such as WebDrive:

Ever heard of Google?

345,000 hits for "FTP mapping drive" in 0.26 seconds.

the device does support it as it is a FTP server already. I want to be able
to map a FTP path with windows xp
