Can anyone let me know how to make a virtual map of an ftp address? I want
to access a ftp server but I also want to know how to map it as a drive
letter.
You will have to create a network connection to the ftp site in "My network
places".
Open the folder "My network places" from the start menu.
click on add a network place.
use this path \\ftp.sitename\foldername of \\ftp.sitename\ and then follow
the instructions of the wizard. After authenticating u will be able to see
the files on the ftp site.
